Howzit...

I'm Tomm, the founder and owner of BilTomm's Biltong ltd. I'm a South African with a passion for biltong that goes back as far as I can remember. I grew up in Cape Town, South Africa where Rugby & Biltong is ALWAYS on the menu.

In 2001 I moved to the UK to work & travel. I toured all over Europe establishing myself as a gourmet event chef, but I missed home, especially the biltong. I tried to find good quality biltong in the UK, but struggled to find Biltong the way i like it. That's when I decided to start making my own biltong again.

Falling in love with the process of curing and drying the meat. I began to experiment with different flavours.

I started making biltong during Lockdown for myself and began sending it out to my friends & family, and they loved it. With a little encouragement i decided to take it to market.

I would NEVER say I've done it all on my own. I've had some ups & downs... trusted all the wrong people but had Help & Support from all the right people. but I'm still here... Alot wiser, a little poorer, but STRONGER THAN EVER!!

Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, "BilToMM's Biltong" is now available online or at a handful of specailly selected Artisan markets throughout the the Cotswolds. I am dedicated to offer a high-quality product at REASONABLE PRICES that is made with love & passion. I hope you enjoy my biltong as much as I enjoy making it.
